Техсаппорт PayPal’а жжот.

Trying to buy from codeweavers.com got “verification failure”
I’ve linked and verified my card a couple of days ago, made some payments without problems. Then I tried to buy software support extension from codeweavers.com and got “PayPal: Verification Failure”. I’ve contacted my bank and they said that there were no request from PayPal for that payment at all. Finally I’ve bought what I need using my card directly (some imply it’s not the safer and easier way to pay, you know).

Now I want to clarify the reason why my payment wasn’t processed by PayPal. Could you please provide me with such information?
